On Nov. 7, 2011 the Board of Directors of the American Kennel Club approved revisions and changes to Retriever Hunting Test Regulations. These changes represent Judges’ Eligibility and Approval, Honoring, Walk Ups, Marking and Memory of Birds.

I believe it’s “Memory of Birds”, not Memory Birds.
